      Our shop are responsible for any package lost, shipment issues, or product defective due to shipment.  Please contact us via our chatbot, Instagram, or email for lost and replacement.

      Cancellations

      We accept cancellations of orders that hasn't ship out, please contact us within 5 days after the purchase regarding the cancellation, & 7 days after you received your package for items exchange.

      For items that have to get exchanged, you are responsible to pay for the shipping for the return item.

      STEPS FOR RETURNING THE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REPAIR:

      For optimal protection during transit, please carefully package the order by securely enclosing the item/items in a bubble mailer or employing suitable protective wrapping. It's essential to safeguard delicate jewelry items from potential damage caused by using paper envelopes during shipment.

      Upon receipt of your return package in an undamaged condition, once confirmed, we will promptly initiate the process for your reshipment, prioritizing the safe delivery of your items.
