Our shop are responsible for any package lost, shipment issues, or product defective due to shipment. Please contact us via our chatbot, Instagram, or email for lost and replacement.
We accept cancellations of orders that hasn't ship out, please contact us within 5 days after the purchase regarding the cancellation, & 14 days after you received your package for items exchange.
For items that have to get exchanged, you are responsible to pay for the shipping for the return item.

Our products are unique and all in-house made. They are not bulk made and are not sourced from retailed market places, thus the quality are exceptional and carefully approved by our quality check.
We know that things could happened sometimes, and if ever the items came defective due to shipment problem, or damaged by errors, you have the one time warranty from us!
STEPS FOR RETURNING THE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR REPAIR:
- Prior to returning your item, email email@example.com with your concern. For items that went damaged, please include a description and photograph of your damaged items so that we can more quickly determine if we can repair and reship the item to you. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for certain items for repair.
- For items that need to be returned, please wrap them nicely in a bubble mailer or wrapped securely around something. Jewelry sent in a paper envelope will get damaged in transit. Once we've received the tracking # from your package (either email us or Instagram message), we will start to proceed with your reshipment.
