Cancellations

Cancellations — within 6 hours
To cancel, email artfulvalues@gmail.com with your order number within 6 hours of placing your order. Requests received after this window are not accepted, except where required by law.

Dispatch — within 2–3 business days
We begin preparing orders promptly upon receipt. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking updates
Your order may already be in preparation before tracking becomes available. Missing tracking information does not extend the cancellation window.

Dispatch delays
If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Statutory consumer rights
Where EU consumer law applies, eligible customers may withdraw before delivery and within 14 calendar days after receiving their goods. This policy does not limit any cancellation, return or refund rights required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to request an item exchange, subject to any applicable statutory rights.

For items that have to get exchanged, you are responsible to pay for the shipping for the return item.

For optimal protection during transit, please carefully package the order by securely enclosing the item/items in a bubble mailer or employing suitable protective wrapping. It's essential to safeguard delicate jewelry items from potential damage caused by using paper envelopes during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return package in an undamaged condition, once confirmed, we will promptly initiate the process for your reshipment, prioritizing the safe delivery of your items.
